Rescheduling

I am happy to reschedule appointments for a more convenient date, as long as the appropriate notice is given. As a courtesy, call to reschedule your appointments as soon as you realize that your schedule has changed.

Cancellation Policy

Please call to notify me of any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours prior to your appointment as a courtesy to other patrons. Cancellations within 48 hours, including no-shows, will be charged the full amount of each scheduled spa treatment.

Your First Visit

I keep detailed notes and files on all of my clients to ensure that the best treatments and services are selected for you. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to allow time for paperwork and a consultation.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your homecare products, you may return/exhange them within 3 days of the purchase. You will be given a credit towards services or products. There are no returns/exchanges after 3 days. There are no cash refunds given.

Returned Checks

There is a $35 fee for any returned checks. This charge is in addition to any fees which occur.
